Patricia Baldwin Gregory graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in 1987.  Ms. Gregory’s experience includes:  the representation of national and regional real estate developers in all aspects of shopping center development including joint venture agreements, acquisitions, ground leasing, tax increment financing, retail leasing, and dispositions; the representation of a national manufacturing housing community owner in its acquisitions and financings from inception to $250,000,000 in assets; the representation of landlords and tenants in office, retail and industrial leases; and the representation of religious, commercial and industrial owner/users in the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of existing real property. 

Ms. Gregory has extensively represented one of the largest shopping center REITs in the United States in acquisitions, sales, joint venture arrangements, development activities and leases in shopping center projects located in many states. 

Ms. Gregory is admitted to the bars of New York, Connecticut and Illinois.  She graduated magna cum laude from Manhattan College, Riverdale, New York.  She is a Certified Public Accountant.  Ms. Gregory previously practiced with Brown & Wood (merged into Sidley & Austin) in New York City and Winston & Strawn in Chicago.
